Offers the space to playfully challenge and surprise ourselves. The training combines somatic work, guided exploration of proposed principles and equally, set material; the training generally dives into and harvests the organic and fluid power of the body – using weight, momentum and breath. Finding our power in organic pathways, a natural interplay of forces and the fluidity of the body.
We move beyond the conventional ‘division’ of floor and standing material and rather move along pathways traveling through the body, the ground and space; from internal and subtle – almost on a cellular level – to big and expansive movement flying through space, surfing one ongoing and energetic wave.

Andrea Hackl is an independent choreographer, filmmaker & multidisciplinary artist working across film, expanded cinema, and performance. She cherishes the alchemy of different disciplines. Her work blends cinema & performance to create poetic and visceral experiences, exploring human-connection, freedom, empowerment.
As performer she's stood on some of the worlds most important stages. She develops both independent as well as internationally collaborative projects, working with artists and creative partners worldwide and shares her training INTERPLAY. Her work being presented at festivals world wide, allows her to meet and collaborate with artists & diverse communities internationally. These connections and meetings are one of the most enriching aspects of her creative path, nourishing her inspiration and artistic work.
