BODY AND BELONGING Anouk Froidevaux
Dance Workshop
13 November | 10am to 12pm
Pavilhão Multidesportivo do Sporting
Incorporating the Life/Art Process® by Anna Halprin, "Body and Belonging" is a guided movement journey that applies somatic movement and dance improvisation together with creative writing and drawing.
The workshop emphasizes connecting with the physical body to cultivate a more grounded presence and heightened self-awareness. It explores the interplay between the body, emotions, and the mental or imaginal realms, while also encouraging participants to activate their expressive body and expand their range of movement. By applying body-part mythology and poetic narrative, the workshop helps participants access and express the unique voice of their bodies.
Format: In person
Language: Portuguese / English
