On May 3rd, InShadow will host a special video dance session at Barreiro Festival de Dança.
Now in its 5th edition, Barreiro Festival de Dança is an initiative organised by Ana Nascimento and co-produced by the Barreiro Municipal Council. Its aim is to promote dance in the municipality, giving dancers, schools and groups the opportunity to present their work.
The festival, which will take place on May 3rd at the Augusto Cabrita Municipal Auditorium (AMAC) starting at 4 p.m., presents itself as a multidisciplinary event that aims to showcase projects that focus on all genres of dance.
In this spirit, we're heading to Barreiro to present two awarded video dance movies from InShadow's 16th edition. With this special screening, we want to showcase the best of what is being created in the national dance video scene, combining dance, cinema and technology on screen to challenge boundaries and inspire new forms of artistic creation.

Tickets are available at AMAC, the Barreiro Tourist Office and the Welcome Centre at Mercado Municipal 1.º de Maio and cost €5.
