Yesterday the second and third sessions of our Videodance Competition took place. The second session began with the screening of WHIRLWIND, a film by Doria Belanger (FR), followed by:

At the end of the session, some of the artists present at Teatro do Bairro were called on stage to have a conversation with our co-artistic director, Ana Rita Barata, during which they presented their creations and provided some insights about the ideas behind them. Taking part in this rich exchange of thoughts and experiences were Doria Belanger, Rui Pimenta, producer of O Espaço, Csilla Nagy and Rodrigo Pereira Esteves.

After the screening, the directors Eirad Ben Gal, Paulina Michta and Rita Costa spoke with Ana Rita Barata, revealing to the audience the biggest challenges they experienced during the process of making the films they brought to the Competition.
