Our 17th edition is already set for November 15th to December 15th, 2025, and we're committed to making Lisbon dance again!
This year, we're aiming to bring the worlds of cinema and dance together again, kicking off a conversation about cine-choreographic ideas that explore experimental tendencies and/or connections with technology. We're looking to explore the world of imagination and the dialogue between cultures, and we want to bring together experiences, methods, and knowledge that enhance the relationships between thought and action, creativity and innovation.
We put together a programme that includes performances, photo exhibitions, art installations, workshops, and masterclasses for each edition, along with a section for kids and teens. But the core of InShadow is our International Video-Dance, Documentary and Animation Competitions. You can register for those until June 30th. Submit your creations and you have a shot at winning a spot in the only video-dance festival in Lisbon.
