A contemporary dance workshop focusing on floorwork and the exploration of movement through technique and improvisation.
The session begins with a warm-up, followed by technical exercises, floorwork and improvisation tasks. In the second part, participants will further explore movement through partnering, with movement exercises in pairs and choreographic material.
The workshop aims to develop body awareness, spatial awareness and the possibilities of movement, both individually and in relation to others.
